In A Good Way Stages Campus Concert with Cameo Performances By Rock Stars Wu Bai and Chang Chen Yue
There is never a bad time for more In A Good Way, right? This drama is my little pick-me-up and each episode always provides a scene or three that I can re-watch over and over. One of my faves happens to be the Liu Chuan-Jia En Taipei motorcycle ride and subsequent Wu Bai and China Blue concert in episode 3, so it’s to my everlasting joy that the network has made magic happen and managed to land a cameo performance by Wu Bai and China Blue for the upcoming episode of IAGW. Not sure if it’ll air in episode 11 or 12, but the famous rock stars along with singer-actor Chang Chen Yue swung by the set to film a school concert scene for the drama. Both Wu Bai and Chang Chen Yue’s iconic 1990’s songs have been used in IAGW so it’s perfect they could do the cameo appearance and a treat for our ears coming up. Too bad old school Taiwan singer Bobby Chen couldn’t make it a perfect trio since Liu Chuan listens to and sings his songs in the drama. The story line that brings the rockers to the CDU campus stems from the student protest over the unfair grading of Professor Chang – Liu Chuan organizes a school concert to raise awareness and gets the famous faces to come lend their support.
During the cast interview after the concert, both Kirsten Jen and Lego Lee could not contain their excitement at seeing this concert actually happen in the drama. Kirsten was especially envious that Lego got to have a scene with both Wu Bai and Chang Chen Yue while Lego confessed that his hands were still shaking during this interview because it was just that thrilling of an experience to experience the famous rock stars performing live. In addition to the upcoming concert, leading lady Kristen hinted at a major scene coming up involving her character. She posted the picture above to her FB page along with the following caption “Today In A Good Way is about to film a very big production scene! Right now I’m situated in a very conflicted status, very excited, very pumped, very happy, filled with anticipation, feeling very bashful……” Good lord girl! You cannot leave it at that! Please let it involve Liu Chuan, because otherwise nothing will make sense and I’ll want to go flip tables. Kirsten does look beyond adorable in the picture, love her cute pink and black varsity jacket and poodle skirt combo along with a girly big bow hairband to complete the ensemble. Anything but her overalls, please.

Wow, how did this happen? I wonder if the production planned in advance that Wu Bai and Chang Chen Yue would have cameos? I’m so eagerly awaiting the next episode of IAGW! Two more days left!

Omigosh, how perfect would it be if Liu Chuan confessed or they got together during the concert while Wu Bai or Chang Chen Yue sing their couple song(s)? Because those are totally their couple songs.
So excited for episode 11! Hopefully, Jia En will figure out how she feels toward Liu Chuan.
