Wallace Chung, Jiang Shu Ying, and Aaron Yan Headline Modern C-drama on First Loves Reuniting
Wallace Chung continues to be a supremely sought after and busy C-drama male lead, and this month he wraps one period C-drama in General and I while continuing to film a modern one tentatively called Flower Accompanying You the Entire Way. It’s adapted from a C-novel, as expected, and pairs Wallace with C-actress Jiang Shu Ying, with the second leads being Aaron Yan and Li Sheng. The story sounds like a twist on Wallace’s popular C-drama My Sunshine (You Are My Sunshine), with college era lovers who break up only to find their way back to each other ten years later. I’m sure the details are all different but Wallace is certainly the perfect pick to play male lead Lu Fei with his relentless love for his ex-girlfriend female lead, which would be pretty funny if he has this male drama archetype cornered by now.
I’m surprised Aaron Yan took the 2nd lead. He must have had trouble finding interesting projects in T dramas.
well.. he is always playing the boss who falls for his employee lol so…. but im surprised he’s doing this drama cause if im not wrong, i thought he was going to take a break to study film or something like that?
He’s taking his break after filming this drama … sometime in October I believe. He will be attending film related classes at UCLA or USC for a few months.
Aw really? Then I should urge my teen junior to apply for UCLA or USC. He’s an aspired animator and game designer going to college next year. UCLA and USC happen to rank top in the field. Then I’ll have excuses to visit the young bro and may run into this hot guy on campus. LMAO.
I think he’s trying to dip his toes in the Chinese market. Pretty sure this will be his first Mainland Chinese drama, but someone correct me if I’m wrong.
