Song Hye Kyo and Park Bo Gum Pensive in Cuba in Individual Posters for K-drama Encounter
Fans of early Hallyu K-dramas should remember the trend for overseas shoots in romance dramas involving the two leads meeting as strangers in a strange land. That’s fallen out of fashion in modern romance dramas so it feels like a throwback vibe to see tvN drama Encounter (Boyfriend) emphasize the Havana, Cuba connection formed between leads Park Bo Gum and Song Hye Kyo. But aside from the impending romance, I also love the wandering spirit of the drama, that these two people individually traveled to Havana and is taking a breather from life it seems. Pensive and reflective, the individual lead posters are so lovely especially with the leads expressiveness even just sitting there.
Both good looking and visuals alone will make me happy watching this drama but teasers and posters are great and showed their emotions so i think this will be a great drama.
Production did a great job with posters and teasers for this drama and made us fans more excited. Kyo and PBG visuals are daebak. Can’t wait

What i love about the teasers and poster is Shk’s eyes conveys so much emotion.The color palette and the background music is giving me so many feels.
It’s well known PBG conveys emotions with his eyes.

Ehn I don’t think so it will do OK tho but Mr sunshine had Kim eun Suk and was about korea history so I doubt it.it will do well tho because of the big names involved can’t say I trust the writter
