The TV Chosun drama Marriage Lyrics and Divorce Music is setting new ratings records for the smaller cable network and viewers are praising the family dynamics BUT not crazy (like resurrecting the dead over and over) type of makjang, and there is also attention on the cast members making an impression. One notable is rookie rising young actress Jeon Hye Won who is making her first big break in this drama playing the daughter of the couple in their 50’s. The scene where she finds her father has cheated on her mom and wants to confront both the mistress and her father is getting raves from the viewers because of her acting and her impeccable enunciation and dialogue reading. She was awesome in her mean girl role in True Beauty. And she’s terrific here as a dutiful daughter. Nice range. That scene in S1 where she drags her cheating dad to filth is indeed one of the bright spots of the drama. Can’t wait to watch her do it again in S2. Definitely one to keep an eye on.

    Uh huh. She was the awful girl who bullied Ju-gyeong at her former high school. It was so satisfying and entertaining when Ju-gyeong finally stood up to her and whooped her ass in that fight scene. Lol.

Yes..i’m glad someone take notice on her talent. Her acting is so good. and the script is long but she really nailed it. she said what her mom can’t say. i just hope that she would scold the mistress. but the writer keep toying with us. showing what should be done but not what really happened in actual drama.
