  2. It is absolutely insane how KSH looks like Sam Dong – like you said – a whole decade after playing him. I have no idea what fountain of youth he’s discovered but I want in. Like right now ?

And yup – really looking forward to the drama. I love how they both look very in character and I’m really excited to see how they adapt the already well loved roles. It’s a great cast so lots of high hopes for it!

  4. Oh my God, he looks soooo young!!! So freaking young to the point that i forget that he’s freaking 33!!!! He’s an alien. He doesn’t get aged.

Will give this one a try. Eventho not my fave genre.

  5. The Night Of starring Riz Ahmed remade here but Kin Soo Hyun goodness- what makeup and plastic surgery can do to his face – he can look a decade younger!

    • who told u that he did plastic surgery?? yes make up he did, all actors do that! he works very hard for maintaining his health thats why he looks very younger in this age, he is not like most of us who just sit idly and write comment without knowing anything about anyone!
plus everyone is talking like his actual age is 40!! he is still young and beautiful that beauty and charm is God’s special gift to him, he is a natural beauty!!

      • @evna_lu

Exactly. Yes. I agree with you. Some jobless fools just come to this site to type foolish comments out of their asses.

  6. Not a dig at Kim Soo Hyun but was it really not possible to cast an age appropriate actor to play a college student? I’m sure KDY, LDH, LJW or YJG could have also done the role proper justice. Did they really need a 33 year old for this role? I don’t see the point of casting him.

    • What is age appropriate for a college student? When I was in university, there were students of all ages. The actors in the original and US remake were also in their late 20s and mid 30s, it’s not like they’re playing high school students.

      • do u even have any idea who you are talking about??! you are talking about a legend, pls do ur research before writing such baseless comment anywhere about ksh!!

      • @Huh

100%. What IS age appropriate. It’s stupid af to assume that college/university students are just those fresh from high school and therefore 19-22 yo. People take masters at the age of 26 in North America for example because of the requirements. Some take much longer to do so. So many university students are over 30 yo. So, what exactly is “age appropriate”.

And anyways, KSH clearly looks the part in the photos. I don’t see the point in questioning the casting.

    • Not a dig? Just because he is super popular and he is in his thirties? He is not the first amd last thirty somethg to play guy. Even the cast of Hopspital Plylist play their teenage selves.

  7. I don’t see the problem with casting him as college student when his visual matches anyways. It is acting after all. He’s a good actor, so I think it will be fine.

  8. I don’t care about his age because he looks so young at least based on the photos above.

Sometimes the actors doesn’t have to be the exact age for the role but rather his portrayal should convince me that he is a college student.

In Reply 1994 one actor was cast as a student but who looks mature or old for his age.

CSW’s look, I’d say I like him better in a shorter haircut. But this is all based on photos above. It might be a different feel while watching the drama.
