The OTP Relationship Deepens Meaningfully as the Big Bad Plot Coalesces to Break them Apart in Episodes 11-12 of Dali and the Cocky Prince — 3 Comments

  1. While I agree there had to be bad for plot and tension in the story, it didn’t have to go this far. There are multiple plots that could be thought up around saving the art museum that would have maintained this as a rom/com instead of going melo. This is still a fav drama and I love love love this couple, but it is annoying that writers feel this same same ole land deal/possible noble idiocy is the way to go.

Episode 11 was lovely with the ending scene but episode 12 was the fist time, I was forwarding a bit.

PS: Also, I don’t think the dude dumped her for being adopted. I think that was an excuse and we still don’t know why he dumped her.

  2. The first 2 episodes were great. It’s sad they used the same clichés instead to make a story about art and food. I don’t specially like the ML, the second kiss scene was so awful… PKY is really good in this role.

  3. Aww, still hooked on this drama and can’t wait for the next episodes. However, I don’t like where ep 13 could be going, I hope they don’t make the lead couple succumb to noble idiocy for long. I’d be more impressed with the screenwriter/s if the lead couple keep seeing each other despite all the obstacles that get thrown at them, and overcome these together in the most spectacular manner lol. Still one of my faves dramas this year though, light, fun watch until ep 12. I think Tae Jin realized that he really loves Dali after he left her 5 years ago, however, he still loves money more, I think he really is the big fish behind the plan to develop the land around the gallery, he’d like to get the money, and the girl too.
