Oh this is a great cameo and I wish both young leads from the first season would do the cameo together. Yoo Yeon Seok will be returning to the hospital with a cameo in the upcoming Romantic Doctor, Teacher Kim 3, reprising his role from the first season. No word on Seo Hyun Jin but I just love when both leads cameo like Moon Ga Young and Kim Dong Wook did in Shooting Stars playing their Find Me in Your Memory Characters. Romantic Doctor 3 premieres end of this month on April 28th.
