I don’t think anyone thought post-pregnancy top actress Son Ye Jin would look anything different than pre-pregnancy, she’s rocked the exact same physique for twenty years and is well known for her strong healthy eating and work out routine. This week first BTS pictures of her shooting a CF campaign have gone public and K-netizens are of course swooning over her lovely looks with the added new mother radiant glow.

SYJ is clearly the most successful actress of the 80s gen. Massive iconic movie star, super successful dramas and top star husband. She got both career and love and now motherhood. Wonder what her comeback drama or film will be but no doubt it’ll be huge whatever it is.
She looks gorgeous as always and has an added womanly glow from motherhood and marriage. She must be swimming in scripts right now if she has to carefully weigh her options. I would be alright with a fun romcom drama or a noir cannes film.
I would like to see her back doing film! It’s where she shines the most.

I almost forgot that she is a licensed TRX instructor, so it’s no wonder she bounced back so quickly. I think she will be doing CFs here and there for the time-being and that’s great for a new mom, that she’s easing into work slowly. CFs are just occasional one-day shoots. But I’m so excited for when she finally starts a project! Hoping she does a movie. I feel that’s where she shines most–chungmuro queen.
Probably she and Hyun bin will have the same arrangement as JiSung and LBY: taking turns doing projects so that at least one parent is left with their child. Since HB already did 2 movies in a row, it’s her turn to work now. Looking forward to her comeback project!
