There are a ton more stills released this week for upcoming SBS Fri-Sat fantasy legal drama The Judge From Hell. Female lead Park Shin Hye plays a Judge who gets her body taken over by a demon who is using her position to track down wrongdoers to send the person to hell. Her foil and likely partner in crime may be male lead Kim Jae Young as a detective. I love this pairing and both look fantastic in their roles.

Kim Jae Young is seriously one of the finest men I’ve seen in KDrama. I’m unapologetically shallow and I like my eye candies so I’m watching just for him lol. Love this hairstyle on him. Hopefully though, he has more to work with in this drama than in his previous ones, I would really like for him to finally blow up.
I have a soft spot for Park Shin Hye too, so I’m definitely not complaining about this pairing. Waiting for this!

THIS. Kim Jae Young is such a gorgeous specimen lol. I wouldn’t even care if he’s a bad actor – he’s that good looking to me. On the same ranks as Kim Young Kwang. Thankfully both are amazing actors. I’m really looking forward to him and I also hope he finally gets a lot of lime light. There is currently an appetite for legal procedurals in Korea and this one has a twist to boot. I hope it does well for both leads.
Nothing wrong with appreciating beauty. I don’t know him but I was immediately struck by his perfectly sculpted symmetrical face. He is gorgeous from every angle. A face made for the camera. He seems intense too.

for real lol. I personally find him way more handsome than some of the actors that are praised to high heavens for their visuals (I won’t name names because I don’t want to cause a fan war lol). Bro literally looks like a model. I find Shin Hye really pretty too. People can say whatever about her but I find her face refreshing in the sea of newer female k-celebs with the so-called “AI looks” or whatever lol
I actually like Kim Jae-young with long hair and I had hoped he would maintain it like Kim Ji-hoon, but I have to concur this shorter style does look flattering 😊
Short hair brings out his cheekbones to die for and the chiseled jawline. I have a feeling he did get some work done. I am not against PS as long as it is done well and enhances beauty.

Kim Jae Young looks far more devilish than she does; I have trouble picturing PSH playing anything different from the good innocent girl. Let’s she what she can do!
I really like her hair his colour and it seems like this will be a more interesting role for her than the usual characters she plays.
If I had a criticism you can tell they are practically live shooting this. The images they have released and even those short promotional videos have a lack of polish to them which make it obvious they are releasing them pretty much right after they shot them. They only started filming earlier last month and it will start airing in three weeks so they are up against it timewise.
I’m excited for this drama, Shin Hye is one of my drama bias, I always check out her dramas. As long as she’s not an angel in this drama, I’m almost certain I’ll love it and she’ll nail it. I don’t know the young man, so fingers crossed. The demon takes over her body right, so her actions are those of the demon, so if they end up giving us a romance, would it be that the demon fell for him, or on the flip side he fell for the demon? I really hope not, but I’ll see how it is navigated. I personally could not watch Mr Queen because it was a man inside her body falling in love with another man, so I hope it’s zero romance or her actual soul is the one involved in the romance
I watch all her dramas and he is fineeeee so I am here for it.
Just saw the latest teaser of this,and I have to say,I’m loving it(hope there’s no romance?can’t stand PSH kiss scenes). No doubt KJY is going to deliver.
PSH on the other hand is a hit/miss for me. But it looks like girl is trying out something different. I like it. Her last drama I finished was DOCTORS…and that was becos of KRW and the supporting casts.
It’d be good to see her do something different from her usual Cinderella-damsel-in-distress roles.
She is doing something out of cinderella-damsel-in-distress for quite some time already. She has so many kdramas that she is actually kicking men left and right so I assume you have skipped many of her projects. I think you will like her in this one, her role sounds fun.
yeah, Alive, The Call, even Dr Slump… that’s several projects that definitely don’t fit the ‘Cinderella damsel in distress’ mould at all.
Girl was 22 and playing a shut-in in Flower Boy Next Door (pretty well too), her filmography is more varied than people give her credit for.
Always enjy a strong woman and a super fine man. Will give this one a try. I hate noona dongsaeng story but this one looks hawt.
