First Poster for jTBC Weekend Drama A Virtuous Business with Kim So Yeon and Yeon Woo Jin About Housewives Selling Adult Products in a Small Village
So this drama actually sounds interesting in that it’s ripe for a lot of sexual innuendo jokes coupled with a more low brow countryside setting. The next jTBC weekend drama is A Virtuous Business with a very strong cast of Kim So Yeon, Yeon Woo Jin, Kim Sung Ryung, Kim Sun Young, and Lee Se Hee. The drama is set in 1992 in a small countryside town whether the four female leads end up running a door-to-door business hawking adult sex toys and products in a a discreet way. The male lead is a top college grad and city detective who ends up in the police station in this small town and has his own reasons to be there. The drama is from the writer of My Roommate is a Gumiho and the PD of Love All Play.
It looks super fun! I like the casting too.

Reminds me of the movie ‘Chocolat’..telling the religious villages to indulge in chocolates and sweet treats…
This will be fun to watch. I likely learn from it too since I dont know much about them.
I love this movie! I want to eat chocolate when I’m watching it.
🤤 Me too.
True! That movie made me so hungry lol😂
KSY drama choices seem to get bolder after marriage LOL
This sounds like a lot of fun already. Loving the cast, bring it on!
I like all the actors of the cast .
It’s great too see recently that actresses in their 40’s , 50’s who used to be left outside are leading dramas and getting good ratings . This year Venice Film Festival is a good exemple ( Angelina Jolie, Isabelle Huppert,Monica Bellucci,Cate Blanchett, Tilda Swinton… ) Last year , Crash course romance, Dr Cha,…were hits . Hope this one will be too for Kim So Yeon .
Same! And it allows more variety in storytelling.
Agreed. It’s wonderful to see these amazing actresses still being appreciated and headlining projects.
Yes…there are still a place for them.
This looks like dun show, like all the cast!
