I was just writing about weekend jTBC drama Doctor Cha which has broken 13% ratings and is a massive hit for the cable network with many more episodes left. Then I looked over and the same network has another hit in the Wed-Thurs time slot, the same time slot that tvN announced it was abandoning and the other three network dramas already left. The Good Bad Mother (Bad Mom) with Ra Mi Ran and Lee Do Hyun started off with 3.588% ratings and had only gone up each episode since with the most recent episode 4 reaching 7.033%. The reviews are glowing from critics and from netizens with praise for Ra Mi Ran in delivering yet another poignant and powerful mom character and Lee Do Hyun back to fine form as her difficult son. The story is apparently touching and funny and the PD’s directing is superb. This is the drama poised to become the late spring talk about town.

This is a great drama honestly, not being a great year for kdramas for me so far but this is really well written and well acted ( I mean what do you expect from Ra Mi Ran and Lee Do Hyun). I hope it stays engaging and as touching as it has been. Good good drama
Dr. Cha (10:30-11:50) just exceeded the ratings of Teacher Kim (9:50-11:10), 12.9% versus 12.3%. The fact that Nine-Tailed (9:20-10:50) got 6.5% and improved upon the numbers of Pandora probably dragged down Teacher Kim a bit.
Because the other ones are lagging in their scripts and acting. Prior to that, they get young and new actors that are so hyped up and couldn’t act. The other three stations never get the message.

I’m here for Yoo In Soo’s big break. He was such a gem in AOS and all of us are dead, but hardly gets promoted. Seems like such an endearing off cam as well.
And I’m always super excited when ra mi ran has a project so will definitely check this out. She deserves all the success
Wed /thurs time slot is not the problem . This drama demonstrate it .
