SBS Announces Season 3 of Hit Weekend Drama Taxi Driver on Heel of Season 2 Ratings Record Surpassing 20%

SBS has hit the bid and announced a third season of Taxi Driver (Model Taxi) on the heel of the ending of season 2 this Saturday. Breaking 20% on a prime time network drama is no small feat in this day and age and the structure of this drama with individual cases lends well to the season format. I’m so happy for Lee Je Hoon to hit his career character/drama jackpot and to do so with humility and hard work as K-netizens really give extra props for that. SBS wants the entire cast back so is starting talks forthwith and I think its a smart move to see how long of a runway this drama has to keep viewers tuning in.
