The Bromance of Ji Soo and Lee Won Geun Take Front and Center of Sassy Go Go

Normally a pre-airing pictorial of drama cast members will always features the OTP, what with romance being part and parcel of almost every K-drama. Sometimes it would expand to include all four leads in varying pairings, which makes this two male leads only pictorial featuring Sassy Go Go‘s Lee Won Geun and Ji Soo all the more rare and appreciated. The two boys will be getting their turn to win audience hearts this week as Sassy Go Go premieres in the KBS Mon-Tues time slot.

That’s a time slot which has been ratings pits for KBS, yet has managed to generate buzz here and there, such as with Yook Sung Jae in Who Are You: School 2015 and earlier with the well-received Healer. Ji Soo already got his breakout this year but over on MBC with Angry Mom, and the more I think about it the more I’m happy he’s the second lead here. I’ve railed against stars getting the lead too quickly and he’s someone I want around for a long time so best pay his dues properly.
