So excited, I’m so so excited for year end tvN fantasy drama Goblin even if tempering my expectations is the wiser move. The first teasers are out even though the drama isn’t arriving until December, but these are definitely just teasers as it barely offers a glimpse of Gong Yoo as the titular Goblin of the tale. What it does offer looks dark and moody as Gong Yoo’s hooded Goblin warns that he’s about to get angry, and the title card says to extinguish the lights because he’s coming. That Gong Yoo looks kinda like a pissy boxer about to step into the ring is beside the point, he’s sooooo smexy with his scruff and piercing gaze it’s even hotter than the match flame. This is way darker than anything Kim Eun Sook has done before, I hope she brings the substance to match her usual flashy style.
