There was a throwaway line in Vincenzo episode 12 when two supporting characters are bickering and one calls the other a “cut rate Park Saeroyi wannabe” which was brilliant. I don’t miss that just out of jail bowl cut on anyone even on Park Seo Joon who wore it well in hit drama Itaewon Class. He’s back to being chic and dapper and this month he’s on the cover and pages of Hong Kong Vogue in its special Men’s edition. The tagline is Today is Tomorrow which makes no sense and just sounds cool lol. It’s been quiet on his acting front since IC, with a cameo appearance as himself in Record of Youth last year but gearing up for two movies arriving at the tail end of 2021. He has Dream with IU and ensemble disaster thriller Concrete Utopia where Park Bo Young plays his wife. I think he can afford to be selective with his projects now and look forward to when he picks his next drama because I’m sure it’ll be something he really finds worthwhile among all the scripts he’s sent.
