It’s not much rest for K-actress Shin Mina as K-ent is reporting that this week she’s headed to Jeju Island to start filming her section of the upcoming K-drama Our Blues. She sure has an affinity with beach locales this year in her dramas but there are way worse places to be. It’s written by award winning writer Noh Hee Kyung and is described as a love letter to Jeju using an omnibus setting. Shin Mina will be paired with Lee Byung Hun who was spotted the last two weeks filming there already. Another pairing is Cha Seung Won with Lee Jung Eun, and Shin Mina’s own real life boyfriend Kim Woo Bin is also part of the cast but has a love line with Han Ji Min. This feels like musical chairs a bit because I can see the pairings all swapped around and still work, which is a testament to how strong and versatile this cast is. The drama is slated for a 2022 airing and is one of the prestige projects K-ent is highly anticipating.
