First Poster and Script Reading Stills for Upcoming Lee Jun Ki Second Chance Legal Drama Again My Life
Clearly the Lee Jun Ki drama suffering streak will continue onwards with his next drama Again My Life. The observation is that Lee Jun Ki portrays angst and suffering so beautifully onscreen that he’s ALWAYS being made to fall into pits of despair in whatever drama plot or genre he’s in. In Again My Life, he’s a prosecutor who gets murdered investigating a case and then wakes up in a second chance do over. These types of K-dramas are super popular in different variations, not just reborn ones but even soul in a different body ones and going back to being young again ones. It speaks universally of the refrain of “if only I made a different decision” and has an unlimited breadth of thematic points to mine. I’m looking forward to Again when it premieres at the beginning of April on SBS.

I like Lee Jun Ki a lot but yes, it’s kinda sad that he’s being typecasted into this kind of roles. He wanted to break away from that flower boy image post King and The Clown that he ended up becoming so good with action-oriented roles that got him doing projects of this genre a lot.
I still hope he will come back with a sageuk or doing a slice of life drama.
Nevertheless, I hope this drama is worthy of that one year absence just like what “Flower of Evil” did. Noticed LJK now taking time in selecting project and so, I really pray this drama will do very well.
I’m abit bother this drama Air in April, meanwhile The Chaebol of SUyang aired in June. I hope the drama is not too similar execution wise despite has the same premise.
Excite t osee Lee Jun Ki and Song Joong Ki in this kind of drama
How come no one is commenting on Lee Joon-gi’s. He always give his best but it’s awhile since the last time he got Best Actor award. The Baeksang nomination I think is as good as Best Actor award in tv stations year-end drama awards.
