C-netizens Discuss Possible Reasons Behind the Abrupt Postponement of Yang Mi and Xu Kai’s Drama She and Her Perfect Husband
Well the abrupt cancellation of the premiere of modern C-drama She and Her Perfect Husband mere two days prior to the scheduled release has C-netizens abuzz with why. The first reason is that it’s just days before the October 16th kickoff of the 20th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party, a huge deal, and many shows and programs have cancelled airing on the days of the Congress. Another reason is that the drama topic is too “commercial entertainment”, i.e. taking marriage into child’s play since the two leads get fake married. This would cross the line of the many edicts issue by SARFT in recent years about not showing things that promote bad morals. And the last rumor is that the drama may be looking at television airing so it pulled the streaming only premiere and plans to release in tandem later on TV and online. Whatever the reason, the only thing for certain is that the drama is back on the shelf.

Which drama replaced this one?
None, as a streaming drama there is no time slot to fill unlike television programming, for streaming dramas it’s just a date for the release and then how many episodes are released per day.
Wow! I understand that different countries have certain rules they go by, but the tv shows that they make are very innocent and very far from being vulgar. I really don’t get it. Just showing only postive things is not real life. I don’t care what country you live in. Just don’t make any shows or movies if you have to be that strict.
Dear is nothing wrong with a fake marriage a fake marriage turn into a love marriag. come on guys this a movie not real life
