Dark and Intense Period C-drama My Journey to You with Yu Shu Xin and Zhang Ling He Reportedly to Air End of August 2023 on iQiyi with Frantic Last Minute Editing
So with the summer coming to a close it appears iQiyi wants to squeeze in one more high profile C-drama and it’s reportedly going to be My Journey to You (The Wing of Clouds) with Zhang Ling He and Yu Shu Xin (Esther Yu). I’m first loling that Zhang Ling He will see this drama air before his Story of Kunning Palace with Bai Lu which almost aired this May before a last minute scuttling. My Journey to You also isn’t coming without some controversy, apparently a minor character has been accused of rape so the drama has been mad editing the person out so that it can air. The drama is currently rumored for end of August 2023 so let’s watch in the next two weeks to see if this one successfully joins the party.

Thus guy is starring in 2 of the most anticipated (by me at least) dramas of this summer and both have trouble airing, I feel for him.
ZLH is a jinx. Now the other guy got rape accusations which makes him have 3 dramas that can’t broadcast.
Not going to because Chu Zijun got accused of rape.
To those who predicted this will not air due to the rape controversy of an artist with a minor role, my question is “What do you think of all 24 episodes that aired?”
