This one was not on my list of anticipated dramas but now after seeing the official filming wrap trailer I’m interested finally. Hunan TV modern romance C-drama Dazzling with Guan Xiao Tong and Li Yun Rui isn’t rumored to air anytime soon, and my guess from the vibe it’s well suited to be a summer release, but the drama was one of the more high profile ones filmed last year. It was Li Yun Rui’s next project after his breakout with Blossom and female lead Guan Xiao Tong remains of the the industry golden babies with any project she selects getting more coverage. The source novel is apparently quite popular with the story of a rich city girl going to the seaside countryside and finding love and family while shedding her prickly exterior. Nothing groundbreaking in set up but Li Yun Rui rocking the bad boy blond hair does merit extra style points for the drama.
