Ooooooh, pwetty! I love fabulous furniture, and when paired with gorgeous actors, that’s just icing on top of the cake. For the December issue of InStyle Korea magazine, six K-actors have collaborated with furniture designers to produce a design piece that reflects their personality and style. The pieces will be auctioned and all proceeds will go to their designated charity. In addition to Jang Hyuk and Han Chae Young pictured above, the other participants are Jung Ryeo Won, Ji Sung, Kim Min Joon, and Ha Jung Woo. I love the fact that fashionista Han Chae Young is sitting on a giant shoe that looks like a slide. And Hyuk’s table/bar is sleek and snazzy, an apt reflection of his masculine aura. Plus one leg is randomly blue! These two pieces can hardly be called functional, but it sure looks fun to have around the house.
I think Jung Ryeo Won designed a children’s room, or at least some cute play pieces for kids that include a rocking horse and a little wooden basket on a stand. Cute and girly, just like her. I haven’t seen the designs for the three remaining actors, but I’m sure it’ll all look as interesting as the three I’ve seen already. Hyuk is current starring in the highly-rated and well-received Tree with Deep Roots, Jung Ryeo Won just started filming the drama History of the Salaryman with Lee Bum Soo, and Han Chae Young has the completed cross-border thriller drama Strangers 6 under her belt.
That shoe and desk? I WANT.
Now back to studying so that maybe one day I’ll earn enough money to get them custom made for me.
PS. Right now, your site is the BEST because of your banner, that is all.

it doesnt look like a slide but a lounge chair.
Thanks for the post! I really want to see Ji Sung’s 😛
Exactly the thing I was thinking!
