KBS Variety Drama The Best Hit Teases with Throwback Musician Drama Stills
I don’t know what the conceptual going on is happening in the first promo pictures for variety drama The Best Hit but anything with Yoon Si Yoon automatically takes on an adorable tint for me. The KBS drama will air in June in the Fri-Sat time slot, the first for the network since Producer back in 2015, and KBS will continue airing a K-drama in that time slot after The Best Hit with Strongest Deliveryman.
The story centers around scandal prone idol Yoon Si Yoon and aspiring idol Kim Min Jae, with Lee Se Young playing the female lead, and veteran Cha Tae Hyun doing double duty with a role in the drama and co-directing with 2 Days 1 Night PD Yoo Ho Jin. I totally see this as Cha Tae Hyun’s direct attempt to transition into a legit directing career and for that I’m rooting for the addition to his repertoire, that and also checking out how funny and goofy this could be judging from the throwback stills.
Please dont disappoint me drama!! Im so excited about this one. Please god of drama!! Make this work!! Make this a success!!
I can only hope for the best for Cha Tae Hyun and Yoon Shi Yoon sake.

This drama is going to be adorned with cameo appearances of CTH’s buddies. Dragon club members Jang Hyuk, Hong Kyung Min, Kim Jong Kook have already shot their parts.
Seems like rest will follow the suit.

This is the type of drama that I don’t normally like. BUT anything with YSY, I will definitely watch!! I am crossing my fingers hoping this will be a hit.
