I love the casual hanboks with slightly mussy hair look Moon Chae Won is sporting as the titular Mama Fairy in the upcoming drama Mama Fairy and the Woodcutter (Tale of the Gyeryong Fairy). Her natural radiant warmth fits this look so well, giving her an otherworldly yet down to earth vibe in the modern day setting opposite suited and casual everyday wear of the male leads Yoon Hyun Min and Seo Ji Hoon. In the first drama stills showing all three leads in the same frame, everyone looks visually compatible so that’s a relief. Moon Chae Won’s character has lived for nearly 700 years and is searching for the reincarnation of her woodcutter husband but I don’t think it’s for love and may be to get her hidden fairy wings back so she can finally bid adieu to this mortal realm and fly back to heaven. Hopefully she gets to take her spirit tiger with her who is played in human form by cute idol-actress Kang Mina.

Oh yes another one on the must watch list. Excited much x Sorry that Kang So Ra declined but happy that Moon Chae Won accepted and that Yoon Hyun Min is in. Can there be a scene whereby he serenades her cos he’s got a beautiful singing voice. Check him out singing ‘Butterfly’ on some music variety show a few years back.
MCW has soft face that very suitable with hanbok. she always look beautifull in traditional dress. Love her look in this drama
