There is so much good news for Song Joong Ki and Lee Hee Joon, both are nominated for a Baeksang acting award this year and have gotten rave reviews for their acting performance in currently aired/airing dramas Vincenzo and Mouse, respectively. Both deserve a nice extended break after pouring their heart and guts out on long 20-episode drama shoots but they will be striking while the iron is hot and reuniting this month to resume filming for their paused movie Bogota. They were in Colombia filming the movie when COVID-19 travel restrictions and showdowns started cascading worldwide in March 2020 and had to get hurried back to South Korea as an entire crew. Now the production will re-start this month in May 2021 but will solely be filmed in South Korea, which is a safe and smart decision to finish up this movie though I’m wondering what kind of extensive CGI will be needed to fill in the location shoot backdrop from Bogota.
