Namgoong Min Updates SNS Showing that Filming Has Started for Romance K-drama Our Movie
Being a Namgoong Min fans since the very early days when he was playing second male leads and villains two decades ago til now feels like a journey that paid off with commitment and resilience. He’s now award winning multiple times and delivers rating wins, and has his pick of scripts. Which is why I keep trusting in whatever next project he selects and filming has kicked off for his next drama Our Movie. His female lead is Jeon Yeo Bin which is a fantastic pairing but the story has the dreaded T for terminal illness as a movie director and an actress with a life deadline work on a movie together about her journey. I expect tissues will be needed by the pallet load.
The filters and plastic surgery in the k industry is too much.He is airbrushed too death.
Not just South Korea. China does it too. Nobody looks like what they really look like in real life. Everybody does PS, dermal fillers, skincare, makeup, photo edition and became perfect dolls. Real natural beauty does not exist anymore. *sarcasm*
But nothing changes the fact that NGM is one of the best actors out there who acts circles around countless people in both countries SK and China. His appearance did not change much at all to the point of looking fake. He is letting nature do it’s work with aging naturally but for sure he does dermal fillers, photo edition and makeup to look good. I’m very sure he did not do any PS.
I think Nam Goon Min is a very attractive man but I hope his hair doesn’t look like this throughout the drama lol.
He looks totally fine to me in this still though. LOL.
I love stories with backdrops in entertainment industry and showbiz. Since there has been nothing much in 2024 productions to watch, I accidentally came across one 2022 drama in this genre, Shooting Stars, and am hooked now. I knew nothing about the ML and FL. They are hilarious though and the plot is such a tease of K-ent. Lee Sung Kyung and Kim Young Dae have become one pair of my favorite OTPs.
Not a fan of melodrama. But I’ll check out each of NGM’s dramas. He has delivered enough stellar performances to surprise me that I’m afraid to miss having a good time if skipping anything.
