Love Never Fails with Liu Xue Yi to Airdrop on Mango TV April 28th After New Female Lead Hu Yi Xuan is AI Face Swapped in for Yuan Bing Yan
It’s time to see if China’s editing and AI face swapping technology has improved to the level of subbing out an entire female lead and still deliver a watchable drama. Xianxia period romance C-drama Love Never Fails is premiering this Monday April 28th with original male leads Liu Xue Yi and Ao Rui Peng and the female lead now being Hu Yi Xuan replacing cancelled for tax evasion actress Yuan Bing Yan. The first posters are out and it’s as generic as can be but this production is trying to make a miracle happen to save the drama so I’m rooting for this to work out.
That sure is tough stuff indeed…will be interesting to see how it works out visually. I already know the actress can act so it all depends on the direction and flow of the actual story.

No. It’s not. Hu Yi Xuan refilmed all the FL scenes with other actors actresses and extras. So it’s NOT AI face swapped.
