I’m pretty sure the creative folks at couture brand Giorgio Armani, which has successfully branched out into skincare and makeup the last decade, thought through the optics of bringing a giant gold lipstick statue on the red carpet for this weekend’s beauty event in Seoul. The attendees were all dressed in Armani, and I’m guessing even the men use the brand’s makeup judging from all the pink lips. The unfortunate gold lipstick statue ended up creating lulzworthy photo ops when someone was putting their hand on the tip or leaning in to kiss it, and overall there was this awkward from many of the stars present. Joo Ji Hoon looked the best hence he gets the top spot on this post, but honestly that phallic gold lipstick totally ruins the moment in every pic. Continue reading →
