First Look at Lee Seung Gi as a Neighborhood Cop in Stills for Thriller K-drama Mouse

tvN drama Mouse is premiering towards the end of February 2021 a few days after jTBC thriller Sisyphus: The Myth but that drama has been promoting for well over a month now yet we’re getting the first stills for Mouse this week. It features male lead Lee Seung Gi of course and he plays a neighborhood cop character, a rookie who gets swept up into a nationwide manhunt for a serial killer. It’s Lee Seung Gi’s second drama time playing a cop but in You’re All Surrounded he was a plain clothes detective who went to police academy so higher trained. Here his stills capture his low key police day, helping with cuts, carrying boxes, and generally being helpful. Reminds me of Kang Ha Neul in When the Camellia Blooms. I’m going to slowly build up my excitement but knowing Lee Seung Gi is back on my small screen next month makes it hard not to yelp in excitement.

  1. while it’s reminds me of yeo jingoo roles too. he is a policeman also too, right? based on the stills, i couldn’t help that many of the February dramas kind of has similar genre, like luca, sisyphus, mouse, monster, vicenzo, times.. etc

  2. It start in early March I read.

That’s K drama – one follow the other Eg all about time travel, noona love, psycho, revenge, etc. Once they start on a theme, there are many of the same theme at the same time.

K drama has not being creative for a long time.
