Alice Ke is the Spokesperson for the Taiwan Short Film Awards

Before she rocketed to stardom with Office Girls, Alice Ke was actually a bona fide budding movie star in Taiwan. Much like Joseph Chang was before he became a household name after Drunken to Love You. Both have that indie cred behind them, with their drama success really the icing on the cake to their already well established film careers. Alice was recently named the ambassador and spokesperson for Taiwan’s Short Film Awards, which highlights indie and short films. I call it the Sundance of Asia. I miss her so much, and she really is so so pretty whenever she dresses up. She was really underutilized in OG, and her character was pretty dull as well, otherwise Alice is a rich and layered actress that I always find new appreciation for whenever I watch her onscreen.
