I love me some non-salty netizen praise and one actress who consistently gets love from the persnickety C-netz is Gao Yuan Yuan. She can do no wrong from projects that she picks, to marrying fellow actor Mark Chao, and of course her spot on fashion and makeup style sets the bar high for classic beauty. Her most recent promo event for a car company had her wearing a lovely simple sky blue off the shoulder long gown with a high front slit, paired with a delicate diamond necklace and softly mussed hair in a bun. C-netizens were all cooing over how pretty she looked, and contrasting her low key style with fellow top actress Fan Bing Bing‘s always over the top fashion stamp. I think the two are not comparable but in real life can see how Gao Yuan Yuan better bridges that star wattage with natural grace.

He is 5 years younger then her. There is no guarantee they will be forever (it would be nice but entertainment world has plenty of beautiful ladies).
There is nothing effortless. She spends hours being put together with her crew of make up artists etc. 🙂
No one is denying that it takes a crew of people to possibly make someone look “effortless” however, it was definitely done right bc she really does look effortless and that should be the point of wearing makeup!!!
