SBS Drama Fox Star Bride Gets English Title Where Stars Land and Drops Tons of Promos — 13 Comments

  1. what a sleezy way to confuse people with the other drama “Hundred Million Stars Falling from the Sky”. This Stars drama certainly has much weaker cast and these teasers are boring. I guess the Sun, Moon, Star theme of K-drama titles can never end? LOL…

    • Hundred Million Stars in the Sky’s English title “The Smile Has Left Your Eyes” is very different though. Anyway, I wouldn’t write this one out even though I don’t find the premise interesting. The writer is Kang Eun-kyung of Romantic Doctor and Baker King fame, and Lee Je-hoon is a respected movie actor even if he’s not really a ratings draw. It likely top its timeslot even though I don’t think it will reach the ratings level of RDTK.

    • Weaker cast? Compare to In Guk and Jung So-Min? …….. don’t think so. Lee Je-hoon and Chae Soo-bin are also good actor/actress. They also have Lee Dong Gun as the second lead. But yes, the teasers feels flat.

      • Definitely not a weaker cast when all four leads are B-list stars, with Lee Jehoon a tier higher because he is a reputable film actor.

  2. They finaly decided a title :p

The cartoon picture looked cute. I’m curious about this drama. The casting is good. I’m happy to see the sad big brother from Come and Hug Met, I hope this time he will be happy.

  3. I’m so going to watch this, just because I also work in Airport 😀
Finally something seriously relatable even from the pictures alone. When you work in Airport with access behind the immigration, you must wear your airport pass in visible areas. Looks like Schiphol and Incheon bend on the same rule 😉

  4. Time will tell whether this is successful or not….let’s not forget that other dramas that were turned down by multiple lead actors before final casting include Kill Me Heal Me, Another Oh Hae Young, and Rebel: Thief who Stole the People.
