The official poster for jTBC drama 18 Again elicits so many thoughts from me, the main one being WHERE THE HECK is Yoon Sang Hyun’s hand trying to grab?!? Did the photoshopper not realize that he’s literally going from Kim Ha Neul‘s crotch area ahahaha. Then I fell into envy that Kim Ha Neul is so gorgeous and lithe that she can fit into a 1 slot, and finally Lee Do Hyun looks like he’s in a completely different drama than the other two. Man, I hope the actual drama is as entertaining where intentionally or unintentionally. I actually enjoyed the original Hollywood movie 17 Again and thought it lends itself to adaptation and a longer visual length to better flesh out the characters. I do hope both male leads have equal chemistry with Kim Ha Neul because I want her to end up with 37 year old hubby again but have some fun with 18 year old version just for kicks. Not to mention Lee Do Hyun goes back to high school and deals with his own emo teenager boy and girl kids, that’s also ripe for hilarity and growth.
