TW-star Couples Roy Qiu and Tiffany Ann Hsu, Chris Wu and Ivy Shao Make First Together Appearances at Wedding of Film Director of Precinct No. 9
The COVID-19 pandemic is still on a spike in East Asian countries and Taiwan has loosened some restrictions to resume large scale gatherings so here comes the third rescheduled but finally happened wedding of film director Wang Ding Lin and actress Julie Ting. They joked that one of their groomsmen actor Roy Qiu, who starred in the director’s Precinct No. 9, went from being single when he was asked to being married before they got married after the ceremony kept getting rescheduled. Both newlyweds are well known in the industry so lots of Taiwan stars attended but all eyes were on big name couples – the newlyweds Roy and Tiffany Ann Hsu as well as Chris Wu and longtime girlfriend Ivy Shao. Other familiar face attendees included Alyssia Cha and Husband Xiu Jie Ke, Bolin Chen, and also a groomsman Yao Yuan Hao. Congrats to the married couple and nice to see stars out and about at a happy occasion.

Their outfits are even better than Korean bigshot celeb’s weddings. I don’t understand their aversion towards colour or looking like you attend a wedding party instead of a funeral or church.
I was thinking of how Tiffany and Wu Kang Ren know each other then I remembered that they were the 2nd leads in “Autumn Concerto”.

Why can’t Koreans attend weddings like this? All glamorous instead of wearing clothes like you are going to a Sunday service in a Cultish rural town.
it’s out of consideration, to celebrate and not upstage the main focus of the wedding, the groom and the bride. because that should be the main focus, no?
i understand that korean stars are bigger than everyone here, but must people be so salty that they compare everything to how Koreans do things, rather than respect each nation’s cultural ways? its starting to wear thin.
