I checked out Crash Course on Romance for the promise of a genuine rom-com and of course for Jung Kyung Ho, and it’s been way better than expected with a lot due to the beautifully natural and warm acting of Jeon Do Yeon. I still have quibbles on certain aspects of whether she’s the right actress for the role but watching her onscreen is like sipping a cup of soothing hot tea that it nourishes the soul. Her male lead obviously adores her as Jung Kyung Ho shared a picture of her filming as Nam Haeng Seon and it brought back netizens to other prior male leads who have also become Do Yeon noona fanboys after working with her including Gong Yoo and Kim Nam Gil. Way to collect top actors girl haha!
I’m enjoying the series. She’s good actress and she’s not supposed to be great beauty and overworked hence older looks. But perhaps she does look too mature for this role. The actor is too skinny.

Though their looks are very much in line with their characters – her careworn, him picky and stressed. Her sprinting around and youthful exuberance help her character, but her eyes are old and the production is not kind with her close ups nor his.
So it’s hard to understand his reaction of woah! when she changes into a dress once (to me she was the same) but maybe it’s to show how mch a man like him is in love with her.

She is always praised . She may be a good person and this drama is the first work i watch with her and i like her natural acting and person .It would be great to see more actresses like her . But what i’m going to say is harsh , if all the actors mentioned here, shared this kind of pictures to show their love and admiration is because they know that they will not get embroiled in “scandals” as she is older and has a good image .If she was younger they wouldn’t share this kind of pictures . Actors, actresses who work together and appreciate theirs collaboration should be able to share this kind of warm pictures . But they rarely do !
I checked. Jung Kyung Ho is her “youngest” leading man at 10.5 years of difference. Gong Yoo, though, is only 6.5 years younger. So I’m guessing it’s not just because she’s older but probably because she’s been married for years and has a good image and reputation.
@Stars, i said that she has a good image , it was included in my comment . What i wanted to say is that the fact that she is older and married allows them to post pictures of admiration . No rumors, no scandals . That’s all.
She is really a capable actress. I like her in The Good Wife. Her older look in Crash Court on Romance actually pulled her ability as an actress versus beauty. Lots of actresses and actors praises her and cited her as their role model.
I love these actors,I don’t care the age gap the most important thing is how they portray their roles,thumbs up for that.I hope another drama for both of them.
