Well this looks like justice at least has a chance of being served. This week TW actor-singer Aaron Yan went in for 4 hours of police questioning for his role in the recording of a sex tape with his then boyfriend. According to the now ex-boyfriend, he did not consent and he was also underage at that time being 16 years old. Taiwan takes sex crimes pretty seriously and beyond that the media has been all over Aaron on this case so it’s not likely he can slither away unscathed whether through the legal system or the court of public sentiment. The police have confiscated his passport and he’s also prohibited from leaving the country during the investigation period.
