So Cha Eun Woo turned down that conceptually weird turning into a chicken nugget drama but ended up doing a less weird turning into a dog drama lol. This one sounds like a webtoon artist plugged elements into a random story generator and came up with a fantasy romance conceit for upcoming drama A Good Day to be a Dog. Park Kyu Young plays a high school student carrying a long standing family curse when she kisses a man she turns into dog at midnight for 6 hours. This curse continues until the man kisses her again during her dog form. She ends up accidentally kissing her high school teacher colleague played by Cha Eun Woo who has a huge fear of dogs so she needs to find a way as her dog form to get him to kiss her as a dog. Interesting……. totally being snarky here. Lee Hyun Woo also joins this cast as the second male lead, I’m guessing kissing him doesn’t lift the curse. MBC has scheduled this drama for an October 2023 premiere but plans to only air 1 episode every Wednesday.

I actually finished the webtoon and I think it was kinda cute and hilarious. Will be watching for park kyu young! Dont get why it needs to air 1 eps per week tho.
Sad that Lee Hyun Woo is still stuck in second lead roles. Thought the Money Heist adaptation would give him a career boost

So, I guess there's a typo I the post and Park Kyu Young plays a high school teacher, not student (hopefully)who kisses accidentally (🙄) a colleague teacher (I think a first for Cha Eun Woo, after playing the student so many times. Also, imagine being in high-school and THIS is your teacher 😍). Anyway, Park Kyu Young seems to pick good projects, so although this sounds like a dud, I will trust her and take a look.

I've read the webtoon. The main guys personality is so boring. Wish Cha Eun Woo could choose characters that are interesting because this character brings nothing new to table.
