A new C-drama confirmation today with two familiar names, Zhang Ling He and Zhao Jin Mai are pairing up for an upcoming period piece adapted from a novel. The novel is called The Grand Princess (or The Eldest Princess) from writer Mo Shu Bai about the ill fated marriage and romance between the leads through two lifetimes. The drama has the title Du Hua Nuan (Passing the Best Years) and from the story line feels like a dual time travel do-over like Story of Kunning Palace but if both leads got to time travel and do over and not just one. It’s too early to tell if this pairing and drama will be any good but it sure keeps adding to the to check out list for me.
What agency does Zhang Linghe have, they are doing some serious work promoting him. Good for him.

I watch a eps of the last season of Back to Field Season 7, Zhang Linghe was a guest in one of the eps…. To be honest, all the previous impression I had of him was blown away after I saw what he wore on the show… I had to google his age again.
I dont know if that is the real him but it is so different from what I thought. But the eps was planned to showcase he is a smart young man witha strong Uni degree. Locals are always impressed by celebs who have strong degree.
