Netflix Releases First Official Stills for Squid Game 2 with Familiar Faces Lee Jung Jae, Gong Yoo, and Lee Byung Hun and New Addition Park Kyu Young — 15 Comments

    • That was to be expected after the cast announcement last year, where they announced all male actors and “forgot” Park Kuy Young.

  1. The names are big in SK…I am wondering they are as big international? Just curious. Squid game’s brand/movie is bigger then Gong Yoo and Lee Byung Yun for overseas audiences.

I love watching Gong Yoo on screen…
But not a fan of Lee Byung Yun at all…he is one actor I have strong dislike for. No offence to his fans.

    • +1 about LBY. I remember that I liked him in Iris, but since then a big NO.

Might be not by their names or faces (sadly) but many people can recognise them but don’t really know from where or why.

    • Park Sung Hoon, me too, i like him . Squid game was à success, so all the big names came for salon two !They want à pièce of cake too ! Being known internationally !Gong yoo. Lee Byung hun , aren’t celebrities in western country , SG,is an opportunity .Back then i doubt that they would have participed in season 1

  2. I finally watched this 2 months ago and I’m so excited for the second season!!!
I’m glad that it’s the big names acting in this, especially being led by LJJ and LBH. Kpoppies might whine about it on twitter but I’ll always prefer projects being led by veteran actors over their wooden idols any day lol

    • girl, people with common sense actually hate LJJ & LBH for their real life shenanigans. Not just because they’re kpoppers lol.

      • These “people with common sense” sure seem to lack the braincells to form their own opinions and actually confirm these serious allegations before repeating shit for hit tweets.
What are the Confirmed real life allegations against LBH & LJJ that give u randos the go ahead to constantly wish death on these actors anyway? LBHs blackmail ‘scandals’ that he was acquitted of and his wife apparently got over already but I, for some reason, MUST still curse him for to earn my moral high ground badge? Or the ridiculous shit about LJJ that conveniently started circulating just in time for the Emmys, whose only source is from a shady blog post and some blurry pics that cannot be traced? These rumors have somehow spiralled into LJJ being a serial rapist abuser (saw tweets with tens of thousands of likes with these claims when LSK died that idiots were believing fully lmao but y’all still have the cognitive dissonance to separate ur faves from these supposed hellspawn when the nth idol or actor says they idolise these guys and take starry eyed selcas with them…)
These kpoppies (and yes, most of them are kpoppers) regurgitate these allegations about any male actor they don’t get horny over, as if they’re just waiting for someone to make shit up so they can start their latest mindless circlejerk and spam ugly fancams.
Most are just rumours with as much credibility as the blind items of hollywood. I’m not even saying that these dudes are innocent of any shady stuff. They might have committed any number of crimes! They’re privileged men and are capable of doing bad shit just like any other regular person is, but the insistence that they Definitely did the most evil thing u can think of that any anon online accuses them of JUST because they’re rich and male is ridiculous.

      • Girl, common sense is knowing that real life shenanigans as you call it has got nothing to do with acting skills and project quality. But you can’t seem to differentiate those two things which leads people with common sense to think that… you lack it 🙂

      • I’d like for people to be kind with actresses who were treat like S… even without facing a justice court . Common sense would have been great when they were badmouthed by Knetizens .
