Namgoong Min Bulks Up for Upcoming MBC Drama Black Sun in Yet Another Method Acting Transformation
Daaaaang, it’s the week of eye candy for the ladies I see. First there was Jung Il Woo tearing his shirt open in Bossam: Stealing Fate and turning a widowed princess thirsty AF, and now we have Namgoong Min doing his best Commando impersonation without looking like a himbo. There are new BTS stills of Namgoong Min filming the upcoming MBC action revenge drama Black Sun and to say it’s jawdropping is an understatement. He’s always been super cut and fit but more of the wirey lean physique. To play a betrayed NIS agent in Black Sun, he’s hit the gym hard from the looks of it as he’s bulked up nearly twice his size on top and even his thighs are ginormous. I appreciate and applaud the dedication to his craft but method acting always leaves that slight worry it’ll be taxing on the body with each transformation.

This reminded me of Bradley Cooper whom I always find really gorgeous until he buffed up for American Sniper and since then, I couldn’t stop seeing him and KFC in the same frame.
Never liked this type of buffed up physique but really admire NGM dedication for his works.

Those who work out say they have to do it daily, otherwise, they’d lose the muscles and bulkiness very quickly. Hopefully, once this drama is over, he will not have any difficulties returning to his “usual” physique.
I saw Nam Goong Min and bulk up in the title so you best believe that I’m gonna be watching this
Not a fan of this type of physique, I’ll check the drama, but hopefully he will be back to normal as soon as possible.
