There is a new development with fantasy romance drama Human Starting From Today. It was originally offered to Shin Se Kyung but it appears that will not happen and K-ent is reporting that Kim Hye Yoon is now considering the role of the loving life gumiho female lead. The male lead remains Park Solomon (Lomon) and I like this pairing … Continue reading →
It’s funny how timing changes everything, if this casting had happened shortly after K-drama Start-Up finished aired it would have caused such excitement and shockwaves. Now it just feels like a shrug moment, but still one that I would be curious to see if it ends up producing a good drama. Suzy has been signed on for the period K-drama … Continue reading →
Filming has already started for SBS K-drama The Judge From Hell and it’s slated to arrive on the small screen at the end of September. Starring Park Shin Hye and Kim Jae Young, I love that the drama isn’t trending buzzy and instead just seems to be an interesting topic with a solid cast. The drama is primed as the … Continue reading →

The promos are picking up for upcoming Coupang Play drama Cinderella at 2am. I am fine with noona-dongsaeng romances if the chemistry is there but I have strong reservations with female lead Shin Hyun Bin, not because she can’t act but because she has never shown any romantic or sexual chemistry onscreen in any drama I have watched of hers. … Continue reading →

I love a controversial take, it makes for good back and forth discussion. A news article this week in K-ent has a reporter doing a review of post military discharge Park Bo Gum and deemed him a disappointment. Alas this is but a tightly wound 8-episode sageuk that puts female lead Jeon Jong Seo as the titular … Continue reading →
