If you asked me who the Korean Barbie and Ken are, I would have asked you: (1) why does the world need a Korean version of Barbie and Ken, and (2) would anyone consider it an honor to be dubbed the Korean Barbie and Ken? Mattel, the makers of Barbie and Ken, hosted an event in Seoul a few days … Continue reading →
It’s the return of Dr. Min! Raise your hand if you got the reference? Jang Hyuk, after over a year of long, crazy, wild, and frou-frou hair, has finally cut off his mane of glory. The new do is likely in preparation for his upcoming drama Midas, co-starring Lee Min Jung.

Which is why her kale bouquet worm wiggle dance in episode 8 of Mary Stayed Out All Night was that much more amusing. Presenting, side-by-side, video confirmation that the female Geun can bring it on the dance … Continue reading →
Finally! The controversy and conspiracy theories can be laid to rest now. Yahoo has investigated the allegations of voting discrepancies, and have discounted any votes from any suspicious IP address, which did not just appear in the votes for any one star but throughout the nominees pool. As a result, Yahoo released the definite and confirmed winners for its 2010 … Continue reading →
I realized today that I’ve been blogging on AKP for exactly for six months. I started on June 8, and I took a look at the view count and realized that (holy mother of Zeus!) YEH (Yoon Eun Hye) is about to start filming a movie in late winter, while she has loyally stayed onboard Love Song as that drama looks for its … Continue reading →
What did I say about our Min Min (Jung So Min)? Girl is going places, with talent, charm, and personality to spare. Min Min just got paired with So Ji Sub (gimme a second here, am hyperventilating – Min Min + Ji Sub = OMG imagine the fireworks) on his ad campaign for the Take mobile phone. Below is the … Continue reading →

Our beautiful Min Min (Jung So Min) won our hearts and devotion forever as the bumbling, lovestruck, devoted, and determined Oh Ha Ni in Playful Kiss. But the real Min Min is nothing like Ha Ni, and more like her character in Bad Guy, the daughter of a well-to-do family, a ballerina by training, and talented beyond belief. When people … Continue reading →
