I’m going to keep this short and just let you read the recap, because episodes 13-14 of Sunny Happiness were just that good (ppsst, just an FYI, each subsequent episode of SH after this point also gets better and better until I’m going to lose the ability to heap superlatives on it). Suffice to say, these are the two episodes … Continue reading →
Having finished watching Sunny Happiness, my recapping requires me to temper a natural tendency to jump ahead of myself. Conversely, it also gives me a birdseye perspective on the entire drama, and my opinion of SH’s quality gets validated further when I rewatch an episode to recap. SH may not qualitatively compare to the best K-drama romance offerings, but it actually offers something refreshing … Continue reading →
I don’t think any drama is perfect, and it needn’t be, as long as it delivers exactly what a viewer wants from it. Sunny Happiness has plenty of faults, even if my constant squealing over it makes it seem like its some perfect drama. But when you watch SH, what you take away from each episode is never the little … Continue reading →
I am the Sunny Happiness fairy, oh yes I am. Now that you’ve all got the download links for the episodes, now it’s time for some musical accompaniment. I love the OST for SH, and I’ve got all the songs ready for you to enjoy.
Continue reading →Fess up. Who is a Sunny Happiness addict? Plenty of you have outed yourselves already in various SH posts, but here is your chance to meet fellow addicts. As a treatment plan, I’m bringing the much requested download links for SH episodes. The links for the first 3 episodes are for the TW-airing, and the links for the rest are for the … Continue reading →
Sunny Happiness has this magical ability to make me happy. No joke, I literally smile and chuckle as I am recapping, even though I know exactly what is going to happen. I’m using this as a chance to enjoy the moments again without the stress of worrying about what is going to occur. It’s ridiculous how easy this drama is … Continue reading →
Sunny Happiness Recap Announcement: I’ve found the DL links for the C-drama airing, so I’m going to be recapping that version since it’s done already, and I can’t wait week-to-week to recap this baby and talk about it. That is how much I love this drama. Just a note that this particular recap is titled episodes 4-6, but is really … Continue reading →
It appears that I am to blame for the recent spate of sleepless nights and tired eyes caused by an uncontrollable urge to watch more and more Sunny Happiness. Fine, I’ll take the blame, but I suggest everyone develop more self-control, starting of course with myself. In recapping episode 3 of Sunny Happiness, it was hard for me to stop … Continue reading →
It’s an amazingly stress-free feeling, recapping a drama knowing how its going to unfurl and having the peace of mind that it’s going to keep getting better and be absolutely awesome. As opposed to going off the rails, leading me to turn ragey, and all hell breaks loose at AKP. I’m only kidding about pimping Sunny Happiness – it may … Continue reading →
This day arrived much earlier than I expected. Since I started recapping, I figured one day I’d recap a TW-drama. I never thought it come anytime soon, since I haven’t liked one from start to finish in years. Lo and behold, surprises may catch one off guard, but it never fails to delight from the unexpected. I’ve decided to recap … Continue reading →
Are you watching Sunny Happiness? If you are not, you’re missing out. This drama is well-acted, well-written, ably directed, and has a kick-ass soundtrack. I’m thisclose to saying to heck with it and recapping this sucker from start to finish. It’s that good. Though if I do it, someone needs to send me DL links so I can take screencaps (sigh, … Continue reading →
Who loves Sunny Happiness (幸福最晴天)? I love Sunny Happiness, that’s who! I’ve not been addicted to any drama since 2011 started, until I ran smack dab into a wall of unforeseen couple perfection that is Mike He and Janine Chang. Individually, I’ve liked neither actor (though I also don’t actively dislike them), but collectively, they are my new crack. I’ve … Continue reading →
