It’s a fantastic ending for SBS Fri-Sat drama Taxi Driver 2 (Model Taxi 2) which took a solid and decently rated first season and upped the success quotient for the second go-around. The final episode brought in 21% ratings which puts it on the highest rating for any prime time drama in 2023, a nice continuation of the recent successes that have been on the cable network side and bringing it back to a Big Three Channel. The drama also got tons of cameos and in the last episode alone there was Kim So Yeon and Moon Chae Won, with Namgoong Min also showing up earlier. Folks who are watching will have to share whether you think the drama will/should have a third season but it’s clear the cadence of K-dramas is more and more comfortable with seasonal productions with also upcoming Romantic Doctor, Teacher Kim 3.
