Another K-awards ceremony came and went and this one was decided low key being from the Korean Film Critics Association but the winners merit a mention. It’s pretty serendipitous and likely a good sign that upcoming K-drama Brilliant costars Han Ji Min and Nam Joo Hyuk were winners, her as Best Actress for Miss Baek and him as Best New Actor for a supporting role in The Great Battle. Taking home Best Actor is award winning veteran Lee Sung Min for The Spy Gone North and Joo Ji Hoon also picked up Best Supporting Actor for the same movie. Film actress Kwon So Hyun won Best Supporting Actress also thanks to Miss Baek the movie and newbie Kim Ga Hee took home Best New Actress for Park Hwa Young. The Film Critics picked 1987: When the Day Comes for Best Film and Director Yoon Jong Bin was lauded for his work on The Spy Gone North. Congrats to all the winners!

  1. Congratulations to all that win. I’m so happy Han Ji Min is getting a lot better and is actually getting recognized for her acting. Can’t wait to see Miss Baek hopefully it’ll be available online soon. Now waiting for her new project. Fighting Ji Min sii.
