Elle Korea Features Lovely Low Key Couple Lee Ki Woo and Lee Chung Ah
I ought to give a thanks to Elle Korea for checking in on super low key real life K-ent couple Lee Chung Ah and Lee Ki Woo for me. They are so under the radar, both as a couple and as actors, I dang forgot they are dating in real life and was actually part of the huge dating explosion two years ago. Most of the couples from then have all broken up but these two are still going strong as evidenced by their willingness to do a couple’s shoot for Elle Korea’s March edition.
I love love love the two released pictures so far and hope there are many more in the March edition pages. The pics even have this drama poster vibe with the two looking so dreamy and in love. They couple met on the set of tvN rom-com Flower Boy Ramyun Shop, which had quite a cult following when it aired three years ago, but the fans were all over leading man Jung Il Woo‘s noona-dongsaeng romance with Lee Chung Ah. She picked the young’un in the drama but went for the tall dashing second male lead with the mega-watt smile in real life. Glad to see the couple still happily dating and wishing they can go all the way.
The pics are perfect and have a feel that they only have eyes on each other. Especially with the back lights one.
Awwwww I lub them. I love the fact that the “second lead” got the girl in the end. And what a guy hubba hubba.
Keep on being cute
I love the both. They’re great actors and they form a cute couple. Were they in the ski team for the korean stars or something like that.
Beautiful 😀
Yep, in real life, you always choose the second male lead. Well, except if they’re crazy or dead.
This made me laugh out loud. I actually liked him better in the drama, too.
I also totally forgot they were dating. I guess I just figured they broke up when all those other couples did. Awwwwwww! I’m so happy they are still together! Yeah, Pillar!
Geez they are the beautiful together! They are both cute and gorgeous at the same time! They look SO in love! Hope they get married and have gorgeously cute pillar babies! 😀
May the bells ring soon.
I rooted for them so damn hard while watching the drama. Heck, they are even the reason why I dropped it when I knew that they weren’t going to be endgame. For real, how come she ended up with the usual rick kiddo when there was that perfect Pillow Husband just next to her ? All he needed to do is to walk with nothing but a towal in the house XD. He was just that perfect 🙂
That’s why I screamed so hard when I read the news that they dated. THAT MUCH CHEMISTRY. IT WAS A MUST.
That’s exactly the same reason why I never finished that drama, although everything else was perfectly hilarious, the pairing never worked for me. Jung Il Woo’s character never had the same chemistry with Lee Chung Ah as Lee Ki Woo. The moment I realized they never gonna be the end game I packed my bags and moved on.
But I’m happy they worked all that chemistry in real life! 🙂
Me too. I loved the drama until that kiss which changed everything. Then I gave up cause I couldn’t bear to see him heartbroken.
Yes, FBRS gives off a feeling that Lee Chung Ah’s char never really liked Jung Il Woo’s char. Especially the kiss scene. She looks disgusted.
I love this low-key couple. Pillar was one of my rare second lead loves. Im glad they are still going strong.
Wow!! They are so cute together…
Yes, they’re lovely. He got eyes. She’s a beauty. All the way me too please.
I love them as couple…so cute. LKW is so under rated. Wish he can lead a drama, he definitely have the charisma!!!
In Ramyun, I was so hoping his character gets the girl…when he called her his wifey, I thought that was super cute. His character was sweet, kind and manly…I love Jung ll Woo but his character was too immature. I was so frustrated with the choice of the female lead!
