Knowing is power and the K-drama Knowing Wife (Familiar Wife) took a fantasy trick of time-traveling to the past and alternate futures to give both leads Han Ji Min and Ji Sung‘s married couple characters a chance to be the best versions of themselves. It’s too cutesy and honestly both probably screwed others over in the alternate timelines but since this is a drama they get a third bite at the apple to fix everything, for themselves and also those around them. That means this week’s final two episodes will likely be just good times as things fall into place in this third iteration so that means I can sit back and just enjoy the final coaster turn and with it comes a cameo by K-actor Jo Jung Seok. Even better is that his cameo is going to be playing his chef character from another tvN drama Oh My Ghost, and here his character Kang Sun Won also happens to be Han Ji Min’s first love. I can’t wait to see Ji Sung seethe in jealous and get a final hit of the “my wife is awesome” bat.
