Yook Sung Jae Plays a Cat Who Turns Human Opposite Park Eun Bin and Seo Ji Hoon in tvN Drama Man Who Bakes Bread
Does actor-idol Yook Sung Jae look like a human version of a cat? Quite possibly, but he’s signed on the dotted line to play one in the spring tvN drama Man Who Bakes Bread. I thought it would be Man Who Loves Catnip but bread works cuz I love me some bread especially man who creates steaming loaves out of the oven. The drama is based on a webtoon about a self-absorbed cat who has the ability to transform into a human male and his love for his owner. Said owner will be played by actress Park Eun Bin, and Seo Ji Hoon rounds out the lead cast as the human man she has a crush on. The drama is penned by the screenwriter of Marriage Not Dating and Introverted Boss and aside from the ickiness factor of human-cat love it could be cute though we all know with one party is a fantasy non-human creature the third wheel human gets the girl/guy in the end. Round 2 coming up for Seo Ji Hoon after Mama Fairy and the Woodcutter.

She’s trying to say that although the cat (sungjae) is the main male lead, the 2nd lead (human guy) will probably get the girl because the cat is well, a cat. She also made a reference to seo ji hoon’s (human guy) last drama where he was the 2nd lead but got the girl in the end as well.
tvN has a lot of upcoming dramas I’m not sure how they’ll fit all of them in this year … I want to watch most of them
