Gong Hyo Jin and Kang Ha Neul Lead Script Reading for KBS Drama When Camellia Blooms
The wait for K-actress Gong Hyo Jin back on the small screen is nearly over, as script reading stills were released by KBS for the upcoming drama When Camellia Blooms. Filming is already underway since last month but this start of promos for the drama brings the excitement of checking out how drama will look visually. I remembering getting more about about Hotel Del Luna with the promo stills and conversely less excited about Arthdal Chronicles, inversely proportional to how I was anticipated those two dramas when it was announced. Good early visuals can still effectively ramp up excitement and Camellia has a solid cast but not the buzz (yet) of a big project so I hope it captures an enchanting vibe to bring audiences in.

Where’s my Son Dam Bi in the cast line up?Either way I think this drama will be a barrel of laughs just hoping the script/writing stays on point that’s my only reservation since they have the talent secured.
Love Gong Hyo Jin so I’m looking forward to this one. She’s such amazing actress.
mmmm nothing against Naul but when will Korea stop wasting Kim Jin Suk I’d love him to see him as a leader actor with her, she is the queen and has chemistry almost with everyone but this casting seems like a miss to me. I hope this goes better than her last 2 dramas. I miss the old days when she had good projects.
