The older I get the less I’m adverse to bright colors. Young me skewed towards black, blue, grey, and white, and then I added pinks, reds, greens, and purples. But now I’ve truly embraced orange and yellow, and honestly colors are a beautiful way to feel not just colorfully pretty but also willing to experiment. But oranges and yellows are hard for Asians to pull off no thanks to our yellow undertone but if done right it can be something glorious, as what I’m seeing of Kim Yoo Jung in a mustard yellow strapless tulle ball gown with crystal appliques.
