Mark your calendars for September 9th as that is when the long planned second season to fantasy sageuk Arthdal Chronicles hit the small screen on tvN in the Sat-Sun time slot. Starring Lee Jun Ki and Shin Se Kyung as the grown up versions of Song Joong Ki and Kim Ji Won‘s characters from the 2020 drama, with returning antagonists Jang Dong Gun and Kim Ok Bin, with Arthdal Chronicles: The Sword of Aramun the story time jumps forward and things look bloodier but also brighter haha. One big gripe I had with the OG season was how dark and murky the night or indoor scenes were and now this feels like the right visuals to showcase the sprawling world of Arthdal.
